At MARKD, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

UK Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Delivery

If international shipping is available for your order, shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information.

If you believe your order may be lost or has been significantly delayed, contact us at markd.ink@outlook.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. MARKD cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
