Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your MARKD order. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition as when you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at markd.ink@outlook.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and return address.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item:

Arrives damaged
Is defective
Is different from what you ordered

Please email markd.ink@outlook.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used or applied may not be eligible for return.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your original item (where eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK or European Union consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

These statutory rights are separate from our additional 30-day returns policy and are not affected by it.

Certain exceptions to the statutory cancellation right may apply depending on the product and circumstances.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Once processed, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
